Domestic Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping And Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping for our customers! Normally, We will send by China Post or ePacket, the shipment to worldwide is used to take 15 to 40 business days. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, which may take up to 60 business days. If you want to get the item faster, please pay additional freight, we can offer you the following faster shipping ways: DHL or EMS, delivery times using this express delivery will take 7 - 14 days plus processing time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.The shipping e-mail you receive will contain a tracking number for your package. Within 48 hours of shipment, you can go to the 17track Tracking Service's website or DHL /EMS website to track your package (Click this link).
Priority International Shipping
Larger, heavier and sometimes when you combine multiple small orders, will be sent by DHL or similar premium courier depending on the country being your order is being shipped to, to ensure reliable, quick and safe delivery of your high-value items. Delivery times using this express delivery will take 7-15 days plus processing time. Items that qualify for this level of shipping will sometimes be indicated with a DHL /EMS logo when you are viewing the product.
Special Note On International Tracking
All international countries/regions have the option of selecting Priority International for shipping. While this is a more costly shipping option, it does provide enhanced tracking details and better traceability plus the packages can arrive much more quickly depending on where you live. If you do not select International express for your shipping option, your ability to track your package will be limited once the package leaves the China.Delivery confirmation is only provided for certain countries. If you have concerns about monitoring the status of your package, we recommend that you select International express as your shipping method.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
SuSenGo® Toys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).We always mark your package as "gift" with a low-value declaration so there won't be any liable customs fees. We have shipped thousands of items worldwide without any problems. However, this isn't a guarantee and the buyer is responsible for any customs fees that might occur in these extremely rare circumstances. To further help you with this, if you have ordered multiple items, we may ship them separately, but we will let you know if this is necessary.
SuSenGo® Toys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
